Given our ski and snowboarding seasons that seem to be getting shorter and shorter, your number of options for a day on the slopes is few and far between. This article is definitely late in the season, but you should still be able to get in a few days of cheap skiing or snowboarding in Ontario before the weather gets warm.

If you are a beginner, I highly recommend Chicopee. It’s not as big as many of the others listed above, but that’s a good thing. Chicopee is a “learning performance center” and new skiers will find the park inviting and relaxed.
If you can get away on a week day Mansfield Ski Club on Airport Road has two chairs, the longest lift line on the north chair you’ll ever see is about 5 people. 450 feet of vertical on mild black diamond runs. Terrain park is only open on some days. Club is private on weekends, closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Seniors (65+) $36.50 on Wednesday and Thursday, $50 Fridays. Adults $50 on Wednesday and Thursday, $60 on Fridays.
